About the Role This Recruitment / Employer Engagement Consultant role is a unique opportunity to work across the Central West region, with Orange as the primary base. The role is field-based and focuses on building relationships with local employers, identifying job opportunities, and connecting suitable candidates with vacancies. Working across multiple sites including Orange, Bathurst, Cowra, Lithgow, Mudgee and Parkes, you will spend the majority of your time engaging with employers, understanding workforce needs, and proactively marketing candidates to secure interviews and job placements. Reporting to the National Manager, you will collaborate closely with site teams to support employment outcomes for program participants. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who enjoys working autonomously, travelling across the region, and building strong local networks.
