Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and evaluate individual and group activities for residents. Assess residents’ needs, abilities, and participation in activities. Maintain accurate documentation of activities, outcomes, and resident responses. Support volunteers and multidisciplinary team members in activity delivery. Assist with direct resident care and uphold high standards of aged care. Promote a safe, healthy, and culturally sensitive environment.
