About the Role

As Clinical Manager, you'll lead the care team to provide safe, welcoming, and person-centred care. You'll play a hands-on role in improving clinical outcomes, supporting staff development, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the home.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, guide, and support care staff in day-to-day clinical practice.
* Oversee assessments, care planning, and documentation to ensure resident needs are met.
* Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary health teams.
* Drive quality improvement initiatives and support incident management and risk mitigation.
* Champion a culture of respect, teamwork, and ongoing learning.
* Assist with compliance, accreditation, and clinical governance activities.
* Mentor and coach team members, promoting best practice at all times.

What We're Looking For

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience in aged care in a clinical leadership or Clinical Manager role.
* Supportive leadership style with a passion for coaching and guiding others.
* Confidence in clinical decision-making, care planning, and team oversight.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* A genuine commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement.
* Experience with funding models or accreditation is a plus—full training and support provided.
