A well‑established Not‑for‑Profit is preparing to implement a new Client Management System (CMS). They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full implementation and provide structure, coordination and clear direction across the project.
Your new role
Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of the new Client Management System.
Facilitate workshops to map current‑state and future‑state processes.
Document requirements and confirm workflows with internal SMEs.
Coordinate all data cleansing activities and ensure readiness for migration.
Design and refine key documents and forms (including the new client admission form) for configuration by the software provider.
Translate new processes and forms into clear, practical training materials.
Support L&D with the development and rollout of training for staff and support workers.
Develop and deliver project communications targeted to different user groups.
Build and execute a change management plan, covering readiness, communication, training and post‑go‑live support.
Monitor and manage change impacts across approximately 150–200 users.
Identify and address resistance points, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for transition.
Maintain oversight using the vendor‑provided project plan, managing timelines, risks and dependencies.
Act as the primary resource driving the project forward, ensuring delivery stays on track and aligned to scope.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience delivering a Client Management System implementation essential.
Strong capability in change management, communications and stakeholder engagement.
Skilled at process mapping, workshop facilitation and requirements documentation.
Experience coordinating data cleansing for system migration.
Ability to produce high‑quality training materials for diverse user groups.
Experience in the Not‑for‑Profit sector or similar values‑led environments essential.
Comfortable working independently and balancing strategic and hands‑on work.
