We are seeking a professional, motivated individual to represent Tecco Homira and support the delivery of premium smart‐home solutions within our growing business.

This role focuses on client engagement, opportunity development, and supporting project delivery. You will work with homeowners, builders, and developers to help them understand smart‐home options and select solutions that best support their lifestyle and project needs.

About the Role

The Sales & Services Coordinator supports Tecco's growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging clients, and contributing to sales and marketing activities.

This is a full‐time, on‐site role based in St Leonards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
* Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for system upgrades, expansions, and additional services
* Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, builders, architects, and contractors
* Lead client meetings, present tailored solutions, and oversee proposal development
* Maintain accurate CRM records, track account performance, and contribute to revenue forecasting
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities within assigned accounts

Marketing & Campaign Support

* Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives
* Support social media and content activities
* Conduct market research on trends and competitors
* Participate in events, showcases, and industry activations

What We're Looking For

* Interest in smart homes, property, automation, or emerging technologies
* 1–5 years' experience in sales, customer services, business development, or marketing
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Familiarity with Lighting, HVAC, and mechanical systems, CRM tools and various digital platforms
* A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach
