About the Role Everhard Industries Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be analytical and detail-oriented, with solid forecasting and data analysis capabilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to improve forecast accuracy and support business planning outcomes. This role offers the option to work 4 or 5 days per week. What you’ll be doing Maintain and update demand forecasts within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements Support inventory review processes, including ABC classification analysis and ongoing stock level optimisation Monitor inventory positions and proactively identify and escalate risks related to overstock, stockouts, and supply constraints Contribute to the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through preparation of demand inputs, reporting, and analysis Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data across systems to support effective forecasting and inventory planning Develop and produce regular reporting on demand trends, forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and key planning metrics Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and communicate planning updates and insights What we’re looking for 1-3 years’ experience in supply chain, planning or analyst role Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain principles Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with data and identify trends Good communication and problem-solving skills Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups; Power BI or similar is a bonus) Ability to work with various stakeholder across operations, sales and supply chain ERP system experience (NetSuite highly regarded) Manufacturing environment experience highly regarded (plastics/concrete industry) What we offer Competitive remuneration package aligned with experience Ongoing professional development opportunities A workplace that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement About Everhard Everhard is an Australian manufacturer and wholesaler with nearly a century of experience delivering high-quality, sustainable water and drainage solutions across residential, commercial and civil markets.
