We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Customer and Operations Support. This role is suited for someone with experience in sales, customer service, or warehousing who enjoys a steady, structured work environment.

Madison Express specialises in the distribution of quality cable, connectivity and a range of Madison Group products primarily to the electrical wholesale market. Alongside our own Garland brand, we represent a range of leading cabling, support and connectivity product lines.
The opportunity
**Customer First**: Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information in a timely manner.
**Collaborate**: Work with our Technical Sales Representatives to provide quotes, technical support, and proposals.
**Warehouse Support**: Ensure that stock is received, stored, and dispatched correctly and efficiently.
**Be a Problem Solver**: Address customer issues and assist in resolving any order or delivery-related matters.
**CRM Management**: Maintain up-to-date customer records and track orders using our CRM system.
**Drive Sales Growth**: Help manage and grow sales from existing and inactive accounts.
