Your Impact
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of MICM's growth, responsible for:
* Developing and executing strategies to attract new property management clients.
* Building and maintaining relationships with builders, developers, and financial planners.
* Representing MICM at appointments and inspections, showcasing our services.
* Collaborating with marketing and leasing teams to ensure properties are presented and promoted effectively.
* Reporting on performance and KPIs to management.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in property management and business development.
* Strong understanding of real estate legislation and industry practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* High-level organisational and time management abilities.
* Agent's Representative Certificate (required).
* Driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).
