Commercial Manager Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving commercial excellence across contract management, procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Key responsibilities include:
* Implementing and contributing to our commercial strategy to ensure financial sustainability and achieve key performance indicators.
* Supporting the establishment of best practice guidelines and overseeing compliance with ISO standards.
* Leading the budgeting and forecasting process and implementing a contract management lifecycle framework.
* Monitoring performance and championing a data-driven approach to uncover new commercial opportunities.
You will partner with operational teams to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to enhance profitability and customer outcomes. Your role will also involve reviewing contracts, managing risks, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build a robust commercial culture.
Requirements
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and a commitment to excellence. Key qualifications include:
* Strong Commercial and Management Accounting experience ideally 5+ years in a fast-paced and complex environment.
* Demonstrated commitment to Aruma Values and Code of Conduct.
* Ability to travel Nationally as required and obtain Defence NV2 Security clearance.
* MBA or bachelor's level business management or commerce qualification; preferred.
* Bachelor's level law qualification; preferred.
* CA/CPA Qualification; preferred.
* Data savvy with outstanding numeracy and analytical skills.
