We are currently seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join the BGL Melbourne team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with account management experience who is passionate about building strong client relationships and is interested in making a move into the dynamic SaaS space.

What you'll be doing

As an Account Manager at BGL, you'll join a friendly, passionate team dedicated to helping our clients get the most from our products. You'll take ownership of a client portfolio, develop meaningful relationships, and learn to deliver real value through proactive communication and support.

You'll be supported every step of the way as you:

* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and help them succeed using BGL product suite through regular contact to ensure high client satisfaction and reduce churn.
* Identify cross-sell opportunities through creating awareness and completing product demonstrations with existing clients.
* Assist clients with queries relating to accounts, subscriptions and billing.
* Educate clients on best practices and product features across the BGL product suite.
* Work with teammates across Sales, Client Success, Support and Product to deliver exceptional service.
* Build & maintain relationships with BGL Ecosystem partners.

This role requires you to occasionally travel interstate to attend events & client meetings.


What we're looking for

* Proven experience in account management, client relations, or similar roles.
* Strong communication and people skills — you enjoy connecting with others.
* A proactive mindset and excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and tasks.
* An interest in learning about Self Managed Superannuation, Corporate Compliance and Artificial Intelligence.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding account management targets.
