• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights.
• Monitor cash flow and develop strategies for financial sustainability.
• Lead and mentor the small but productive team.
• Review and enhance internal controls.
• Coordinate and manage year-end audits.

A successful Financial Controller will be able to demonstrate:

• Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA.
• Proven experience as a finance manager/controller.

• Proficiency in multiple accounting software's + excel.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Salary of $170,000 - $180,000 plus superannuation.
