Job Description
* Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights.
* Monitor cash flow and develop strategies for financial sustainability.
* Lead and mentor the small but productive team.
* Review and enhance internal controls.
* Coordinate and manage year-end audits.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller will be able to demonstrate:
* Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA.
* Proven experience as a finance manager/controller.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in multiple accounting software's + excel.
* Outstanding leadership capabilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
