We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill.
As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality breakfast offering to our discerning guests, drawing on fresh local produce from the Mornington Peninsula and beyond.
This is a full time role; remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
Requirements
To succeed in your application, you will need:
- Appropriate trade qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality dining experiences
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to a schedule
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- A passion for innovative, seasonal food
- Knowledge of Australian cuisine and industry standards
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a boutique hotel, resort, or similar environment is advantageous
