Due to continued growth, a rare opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute Financial Controller to join the leadership team.Your new roleReporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the finance function and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the business. You will be responsible for:Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesOverseeing statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions (Australia, US, Ireland)Managing capital-raising initiatives including equity, debt, and grant fundingDelivering timely and accurate financial reporting to support Executive and Board decision-makingLeading external audit processes and ensuring compliance with Nasdaq and PCAOB standardsManaging cash flow forecasting and daily liquidity oversightDriving continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworksLeading and mentoring a high-performing finance teamWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring:CA/CPA qualification, ideally with Big 4 experienceProven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in a listed or multinational environmentStrong technical knowledge of IFRS, USGAAP, and taxation across multiple jurisdictionsDemonstrated experience in capital transactions and investor relationsAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Oracle NetSuite and Power BI highly regardedA proactive, resilient, and strategic mindset with strong leadership capabilitiesWhat you'll get in returnThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation at a senior level.
