About the Role
ECCO Emporium seeks a dedicated Sales Associate eager to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience, selling shoes that practically sell themselves.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, premium environment, uphold brand quality, and meet sales targets.
* Align with visual merchandising plans and mystery shopper standards.
* Process customer orders, returns, and maintain inventory according to standards.
* Maintain store tidiness and general housekeeping.
Skills & Experience
* Previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills.
* Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
* Professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
* Team player and natural relationship builder.
* Growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for product knowledge and training, with a willingness to learn.
