Financial Security: This is a TFN position with a guaranteed 38 hours/week (though our team averages closer to 43 hours). Leading Pay & Progression: Start at $36/hr, moving to $38/hr after successful probation, and $40/hr after one year (at management discretion). Superannuation: Paid at 12% to help you save for the future. Fully Equipped: We provide a branded company van, tools, fuel, tolls, and all materials. You just bring the skills. Paid Drive Time: Your time is valuable. We pay for drive time after the first 30 minutes to your first job, and the same on your way home from the last. Work-Life Balance: Standard hours are Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm. Plus, enjoy an optional 1.5x overtime rate for Saturday work once you’re fully trained. Team Culture: Every 6 weeks, we host an early Friday team catch-up with lunch, drinks, and a restock to keep the team connected. Full Support: No more chasing leads. Follow a pre-set schedule provided by our full administration support team. What You’ll Be Responsible For Job Management: Use our dedicated app to manage your day and jobs with ease. Customer Service: Meet with customers and provide professional quotes for new jobs. Expert Repairs: Re-grout and seal leaking showers, splashbacks, floors, balconies, and more. Tiling: Perform occasional tiling work as required to a high standard. What You’ll Need to Be Successful Qualified Pro: Certified Wall and Floor Tiler with a White Card and a valid Driver’s Licence. Customer-First Mindset: Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to fantastic service. Reliability: Dependable with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude. Communication: Fluently speak, read, and write in English. Compliance: Ability to provide a police check and complete all required paperwork before your start date.
