About the Role
We're on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Hilton, Adelaide. This is a permanent, full-time position created to support our growing professional services division. You'll be the driving force behind sourcing top‐tier candidates and managing client relationships, making a real impact in helping organisations find the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional services roles
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels
* Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
* Coordinate and facilitate client meetings and updates
* Contribute to business growth by seeking new opportunities
