Your new role
As the Senior Service Purchaser, you will manage end‑to‑end Solution Supply Chain/Procurement operations - overseeing sourcing, purchasing, planning, and logistics.
Must Have Experience: (subcontractor qualification, negotiation, contract management, PO management, Variation orders, back to back contractual understanding) from industrial sites involving subcontractors. Ideally from an installation, commissioning, and maintenance perspective.
This role covers both intra‑group (IG) and outside‑group (OG) procurement and plays a critical part in supporting service operations and profitable project delivery.
You will define purchasing strategies, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure seamless coordination across execution, tendering, and service teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Sourcing and purchasing activities for IG and OG procurement
Develop and deploy supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Risk Assessment: Conduct upstream and downstream supply chain risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
Contract Management: Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure compliance with customer terms and conditions
Logistics Planning: Design efficient logistics flows and manage planning, scheduling, and inventory, oversee e2e logistics.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce non‑quality costs and enhance operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers at local, regional, and global levels
Support digital transformation and process innovation across the supply chain
What you'll need to succeed
Purchasing background with Project and Sevice experience
Experience in supply chain operations with a focus on procurement.
Experience with Subcontractor qualification
Exp with Contract / PO Management/Negotiation/ Variation orders.
Background in services or project‑based supply chain environments (highly desirable)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Must Have AUS PR/Citizen
