What you'll be doing
The Rural SCI Coordinator will provide rural spinal outreach support to MNCLHD residents with Spinal Cord Injury and relevant clinicians and service providers in the MNCLHD.
The Coordinator's position comprises several components including:
* Client care coordination and management;
* Support of the state SCI service clinic outreach model, and;
* The facilitation of education and support to clinicians in the regional area.
