Lead Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our production operations. As Lead Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality. Your expertise in managing production schedules, staffing, and shift planning will drive productivity and minimize downtime.
In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring equipment performance, coordinating maintenance or repairs, and implementing company policies and work standards. You will lead and develop production teams, providing training and performance management to optimize their performance.
A key aspect of this position is ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
