Role Description
Full-time on-site Customer Service Representative based in Kewdale.
Handle customer inquiries, provide support, quote, invoice and ensure customer satisfaction.
Answer phone calls, manage customer accounts, resolve issues and document interactions.
Develop print-ready artwork for business cards, banners, signage, apparel, packaging and marketing materials.
Collaborate with clients to refine designs and ensure brand consistency.
Manage design revisions and proof approvals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Knowledge of print production processes.
Strong customer service and experience enhancing the customer experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Previous experience in a related field is a plus; printing industry experience is preferable.
