We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in India and drive business growth by targeting the Australian market.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and generating leads from small to medium-sized companies in Australia. You will use LinkedIn, email, and other channels to build connections, nurture relationships, and create opportunities for JK Lucent to provide IT services. This is a key role that directly impacts our business development strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients in Australia through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads by initiating conversations with decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, and other key stakeholders.
- Craft engaging outreach messages through LinkedIn and email to capture interest in JK Lucent’s IT services.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and communication to convert them into qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on target markets and outreach strategies.
- Prepare and share weekly reports on lead generation activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors in the Australian IT services market.

Key Requirements:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably targeting international markets (Australia preferred).
- Proven experience using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels for lead generation.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
