Job Description:
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will plan and deliver engaging activities that promote well-being and connection among residents. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, creative, and skilled in planning and implementing activities that enhance residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver meaningful group and individual activities tailored to residents' needs.
* Support new residents as they settle into their environment and advocate for their well-being.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure activities meet aged care quality standards.
* Monitor residents' health and social well-being, reporting changes to the Registered Nurse.
* Adhere to WH&S policies to maintain a safe, positive environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current National Police Certificate.
* Driver's License.
* Senior First Aid Certificate.
* Manual Handling experience.
* Understanding of aged care-related issues.
