Nestled in the beautiful Adelaide Hills we own and operate six Foodland Supermarkets and two Cellarbrations stores that are the heart of the Hills community.
- Store Management duties:
- Managing team members to ensure effective and efficient rostering.
- Controlling inventory to ensure optimal product supply and collaborating with local suppliers.
- Drive sales through merchandising standard throughout the store.
- Overseeing promotional planning activities to ensure optimum return.
- Commercial acumen to ensure key metrics are achieved and service levels maintained.
- Provide consistent and fair leadership.
- Development of your team through coaching and mentoring
- Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
- Analyse sales figures and drive sales through clever merchandising.
- Requirements for the role:
- A passion for retail
- Experience in retail or people management
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of WH&S requirements
- Highly desirable for the role:
- First Aid Certificate.
- Fire Warden Certificate
- Knowledge of Retail Point of Sales Systems.
- Knowledge of Food Safety Systems.
- Knowledge of the General Retail Industry Award 2020
