In this position you will have the prospect to bring your skills and knowledge to provide well presented, nutritional meals for our residents, creating a good food and dining experience. Developing your growth within the industry you will manage all aspects of the catering and food production including supervision of catering staff.

The requirements | What it takes to do this work
- You’ll hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- You’ll have demonstrated experience in the preparation of fresh bulk cookin
- You’ll have demonstrated ability to order stock within budget guidelines
- You’ll have strong understanding of food service compliance and the requirements within the NSW Food Authority
- You’ll have demonstrated experience in the Aged Care Industry
- You’ll have strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills to supporting the teams daily tasks.
