Role Overview
Senior Mid-Market Account Manager – responsible for managing a portfolio of mid‐market clients, proactively delivering account management and service delivery, managing budgets, and developing business opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Design tailored insurance solutions and negotiate best deals in the global insurance market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriting partners.
* Manage own budget, sales plan, and debtors to drive success.
* Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and thrive.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Gallagher's reach.
* Represent the Gallagher brand within the local business community, regionally and nationally.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to mid‐market accounts.
* Sales‐oriented mindset with the ability to build a long‐term pipeline for new business growth.
* Strong account management experience.
* Proven track record of delivering financial and operational results.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired with a driven, passionate and professional attitude.
