We are seeking a skilled and organized Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute events at our prestigious golf club.

* This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, offering creative solutions and ideas. Responsibilities include planning and executing events, overseeing logistical aspects such as catering, decorations and entertainment, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting the Hospitality Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proven experience as an Events Manager or similar role. This is a full-time position that requires flexible hours including some weekend work for major events and weddings.
