About the Role
As a Technical Analyst, you will provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Maintain and support desktop, laptop, printers, mobile devices to ensure smooth operation for all end-users.
* Resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
* Provide remote and on-site technical assistance and training to end-users as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Experience with Jira Service Management, Confluence, Intune, Azure, Microsoft Teams.
* Desirable: experience with hybrid mail environments and mobile devices.
