Positions Available
* Wild Swan @ Mandoon Estate - Fine Dining Restaurant open 3 days/week
* Homestead Brewery - Fast paced gastropub & Brewery open 7 days/week
* The Llawn - Outside beer garden & delicatessen open Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays 11am – 5pm
* Functions - Weddings, corporate & social events
We Are Looking For
Baristas, cocktail makers, wait & bar staff passionate about beer & wine, a professional attitude & BIG personalities.
Qualifications
* Have a good understanding of what is required in the hospitality industry and a keen interest in learning more
* Have a current RSA
* Must be able to demonstrate a high skill level in all aspects of service
* Strong communication skills
* A passion for customer service with a friendly and genuine approach
* Attention to detail with a high standard of personal presentation
* Flexible availability
