Key Responsibilities include:
* Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry
* Booking requests for quotes and jobs into the job management system
* Fostering positive relationships with clients and technicians
* Performing general administrative duties
Requirements:
* Previous experience in reception and/or administration (garage industry preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in MS Office suite and computer literacy
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
