The primary objective of this role is to manage retail sales growth, strengthen key relationships across independent channels, and oversee day-to-day retail operations.
This position focuses on client relations, driving sales and profitability, and contributing to broader strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage promotional programs, rebates, and retail mastersheets to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal planning teams.
 * Coordinate new product launches, deletions, and commercials in collaboration with Product Development and Marketing.
 * Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and contribute to quarterly business reviews and category strategies.
 * Lead the Freezer account strategy, oversee collaboration meetings, and resolve adhoc claims while supporting overall business objectives.
Candidate Profile
Able to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Intermediate to advanced Excel and analytical capability.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and responsive under pressure. Proven sales or account management experience in FMCG or Retail.
