Position Overview
We're looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Stock & Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone stepping up from a junior role or returning to the workforce who enjoys structure, organisation, and being hands-on. You'll play an important role in camera dispatch, stock control, and office support, while working in a tech-focused environment that values efficiency, teamwork, and common sense.

Employment Details
Hours: 8:30am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: $ $31.00 per hour
What you will be doing
* Camera Dispatch
* Pack and dispatch cameras and related equipment accurately and efficiently to clients
Stock Control & Ordering
* Monitor stock levels for office, kitchen, and operational supplies
* Order and restock items as required to avoid shortages or delays
* Provide daily stock updates and forecasts to Laura
* Store Room Management
* Maintain a clean, organised, and clearly labelled storeroom
* Workplace & Kitchen Support
* Remove rubbish daily and keep surfaces clean and tidy
* Restock and track kitchen supplies
* Be a second pair of eyes around the office and assist with general housekeeping tasks
* Inventory Tracking & Reporting
* Maintain accurate stock records using Google Sheets and internal systems
* Assist with planning and forecasting stock requirements
* Proactive Problem-Solving
* Identify potential issues before they become problems and raise them early
* Supply Chain & Logistics Support
* Assist with basic logistics and supply chain processes
* Contribute ideas to improve workflows and efficiency
* Ad-hoc Support
* Assist the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Key Skills & Attributes
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable using technology, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
* Proactive, practical, and solutions-focused
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics (or willingness to learn)
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Clear communication skills for daily updates and reporting
* Enjoys being part of a collaborative, fast-moving team
