**Medical Receptionist Position**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to provide exceptional patient care as a Relief Medical Receptionist.
**Job Overview:**
This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, with shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM. The role involves managing complex patient bookings, delivering top-tier patient care, and handling inquiries from key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
- Deliver exceptional patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries
- Handle inquiries from stakeholders, including referrers
- Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties
- Finalise billing and other essential support tasks
**Requirements:**
- Excellent customer service skills and a patient-first attitude
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
- A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment
- Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage (but not required)
- Customer service experience is mandatory
