A leading Australian professional services business is seeking a commercially minded Senior Growth Lead to drive customer acquisition and revenue expansion across both consumer and business divisions. This role sits within the marketing function and partners closely with technology, creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to deliver sustainable, scalable growth.
You will own full-funnel performance strategy and investment decisions, balancing immediate revenue impact with long-term brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Leadership
* Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel strategies spanning awareness, consideration, and conversion
* Identify new growth levers across domestic and international segments
* Define performance KPIs and establish scalable measurement frameworks
Channel Management and Optimisation
* Lead paid acquisition strategy across Search, Paid Social, Display, Video, and Affiliate channels
* Manage and scale significant media budgets with a focus on efficiency and incremental return
* Oversee agency partners to ensure high standards of execution and alignment with performance targets
Data, Attribution and Insights
* Drive advanced measurement approaches including multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modelling
* Partner with analytics teams to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights
* Build reporting frameworks that support agile investment decisions
Innovation and Experimentation
* Champion an experimentation mindset across the marketing team
* Test and implement emerging technologies and optimisation methodologies
* Continuously refine acquisition and retention strategies through structured testing
Skills and Experience
* 3-6+ years' experience in digital or performance marketing
* Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns
* Strong commercial acumen with proven budget ownership
* Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Looker Studio
* Deep understanding of attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement
* Experience within an e-commerce environment highly regarded
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
