We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to lead our New South Wales team. The successful candidate will drive the success and growth of the team, delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.
Description:
* This is a key leadership role within the survey department responsible for driving profitable, successful teams that deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders.
* The successful candidate will lead the team to ensure performance objectives against forward projections and targets are met.
* They will also be responsible for leading business development and strategic growth of the state.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all survey activities for the state ensuring a profitable, successful team that delivers exceptional service to all stakeholders.
* Lead the team to ensure performance objectives against forward projections and targets are monitored and met.
* Lead the business development and strategic growth of the state.
* Provide strong leadership skills to build a survey team through demonstrating strong communication, coordination, and cooperation.
* Build and create teams that are driven by delivering innovative, cost-effective, high-quality products and services to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Well-developed business acumen and financial management skills.
* Well-developed communication skills with the ability to engage and influence with people from all walks of life.
* Well-developed time management, prioritisation, and organisation capabilities for self and others.
* Skilled with total stations, robotic stations, data controllers, and GPS systems and methodologies.
* Tertiary qualifications are an advantage.
* Surveying experience 10+ years are an advantage.
* Current driver's license.
