Job Description
The Maintenance Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance services. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic oversight and operational support to site managers and regional planners.
* Liaise with schedulers and maintenance planners to ensure seamless execution of maintenance plans.
* Account for labor, repair parts, and maintenance consumables during daily interactions with warehouse and procurement teams.
* Ensure business processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
* Provide expert advice and direction to personnel on procedures and compliance.
About this Role
This role requires demonstrated experience leading diverse maintenance teams, managing maintenance activities, conducting technical investigations, quality audits, and technical inspections. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential. The successful candidate will also possess trade qualifications in a technical field such as heavy vehicle mechanics or engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Trade qualification in a technical field such as Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Engineering Mechanical (Fitter Armourer), or Engineering Technician (General Fitter).
* Demonstrated experience in maintenance operations management.
