About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator will be working within our HR Team in Australia and be a pivotal part of attracting new talent to the Company and playing an essential part in onboarding, career mapping and retention to support organisational growth and continuity.
As a global organisation, you will become part of an international HR community, committed to delivering best practice and gain exposure to widespread HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce planning and acquisition strategies.
Management of global talent mobility.
Onboarding coordination.
Compliance and reporting.
HRIS implementation (recruitment specific), as required.
Remuneration and benefits benchmarking.
Career pathway mapping and coordination.
Apprentice and Trainee program coordination.
Contract of employment and terms and conditions compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualification in human resources or associated field or working towards a qualification, highly regarded but not essential.
4+ years' experience sourcing talent within the mechanical trade, mechanical engineering and supply chain fields within the services sector, preferred.
Experience sourcing talent globally, highly desirable.
Experienced in the use of site mobilisation platforms.
Experience working within the resources sector.
Experience with recruitment systems implementation, desirable.
Experienced in the use of SharePoint and Teams.
Experience in the use of multiple advertising platform.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interview techniques to ensure right-fit candidate selection.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
Hands‐on approach and proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
