Our client is looking to hire a junior lawyer to join its growing Banking & Finance team.
The team advises lenders across a range of finance matters, including loan documentation, due diligence, PPSA, securitisation, and enforcement/recovery work.

What you will work on
Drafting and reviewing loan, mortgage, and security documentation
Assisting with property, title, and PPSA due diligence
Supporting senior lawyers on high-volume transactionsContributing to enforcement and recovery matters, including disputes and litigation

About you
Min 1 year PQE in any of Banking & Finance, property finance, insolvency, mortgage, or commercial litigation work
Strong drafting and analytical skills
