About the role The Manager, Health Information Services leads the strategic direction of Medical Records, EMR Scanning, Corporate Records, FOI/ROI and Patient Registration.
You'll provide expert advice on health information management and drive ongoing optimisation of the EMR across WCHN.
Key duties of the role Monitor departmental budgets and performance; assist with annual budget preparation and service planning in line with hospital objectives.
Develop, implement, and manage policies, procedures, and systems to ensure high-quality, accurate health information and integrated service delivery.
Oversee coordination and integration of services across departments, ensuring alignment with hospital standards and patient needs.
