About the role
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our highly driven team. This role has been created to grow and develop our current loyal clients Nationally. You will be supported by a specialist recruitment team along with mentoring from the General Manager Sales every step of the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Work with Operations teams to grow and develop current and NEW clients
* Stakeholder engagement and relationship building
* Fostering new and existing client base
* Grow client base - range of industries, mainly blue collar, food production etc.
* Maintenance of database, admin, and reporting
* Research and reviewing market changes
About you

You will also possess the following:
* Experience in a client development or account management role
* Proven experience in a client facing role
* Ability to build relationships with high level stakeholders
* A friendly, professional manner
* Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
