THE VISION

ZHIVAGO are seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to act as our digital architect—someone who can curate a visually stunning presence that translates our signature aesthetic into a distinctive digital world.

You will bridge the gap between the design studio and our global community, shaping enduring visual narratives that express the brand's point of view across every platform. This role is about authorship and consistency—establishing and protecting the ZHIVAGO visual identity in the digital space.

THE ROLE

Visual Storytelling & Art Direction

* Content Production: Execute a considered mix of behind-the-scenes studio moments and polished campaign content, ensuring every asset reflects the ZHIVAGO aesthetic.
* Cultural Awareness: Maintain an informed understanding of the fashion and digital landscape to ensure content remains relevant while staying true to brand identity.
* Multi-Platform Execution: Create, edit, and publish refined content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, adapting format while preserving a cohesive visual language.

Growth & Engagement

* The Shoppable Feed: Optimize Instagram and TikTok Shop integrations to create a seamless, elevated path from discovery to purchase.
* Community Building: Foster meaningful engagement with our global audience, including stylists, media, and industry voices, positioning ZHIVAGO as a cultural reference point.
* Influencer & Talent Collaboration: Coordinate gifting and partnerships with talent whose personal aesthetic aligns organically with the brand.

Strategy & Analysis

* Content Framework: Develop a long-term content calendar aligned with collection launches, campaigns, and brand moments.
* Performance Review: Track and interpret key metrics to refine content approach and assess campaign effectiveness without compromising creative integrity.
* Live Brand Moments: Lead digital coverage for collection launches, runway shows, and exclusive events, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence.

THE CREATIVE DNA

Aesthetic Authority

A refined understanding of fashion imagery, colour, composition, and brand codes, with the ability to instinctively recognise what belongs in the ZHIVAGO world.

Video Craft

Advanced editing skills in CapCut or Premiere Pro, with a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.

Platform Fluency

Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok as publishing environments, with a strong understanding of platform-specific formats and audience behaviour.

Industry Insight

A strong understanding of the fashion industry, seasonal collections, and brand positioning within a competitive global market.

CORE COMPETENCIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS

* At least five years of high-end experience in content creation/marketing. Bachelor degree desirable but not necessary

* Brand Voice Stewardship: You write copy that is confident, intelligent, and aspirational, reinforcing the brand's point of view across all channels.

* Responsiveness: You can translate studio moments and product stories into compelling content efficiently, without sacrificing quality.

* Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and PR teams to maintain a unified and intentional brand presence.
