We're looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead the growth and management of the Pawk Pet Co brand across major market channels — including supermarkets, pet specialty, e‑commerce, and wholesale distribution.
Based at our Eagle Farm Head Office, this key role works closely with the Head of Tertiary Sales and wider group to deliver sales success, strengthen customer partnerships, and identify new opportunities for growth.

About the Role
As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for the following:
* Lead customer engagement across key accounts and channels
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
* Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
* Manage pricing, promotions and product ranging for commercial outcomes
* Support new product development and category growth initiatives
About You
To assist with establishing our brand in the market, our ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience (2‑3 years) in FMCG sales, with a background in managing key or national accounts
* Proven track record of achieving sales and commercial goals
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with retail customers
* Ability to identify opportunities to drive business growth
* Collaborative and adaptable with excellent commercial acumen
* Willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and take a hands‑on approach to help build and grow the business from the ground up
