About the Role
As a Transformation Change Manager at Probe CX, you will report directly to the Group Executive Business Transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute the Probe CX Transformation Change Management Strategy and Plan. You will work closely with Transformation Initiative Leads to craft and implement comprehensive change plans that drive the successful adoption of transformation initiatives. In this role, we place a strong emphasis on effective communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure that changes are not only implemented but also deeply integrated within our organization.
The Transformation Change Manager will be responsible for the following across Probe CX:
- Change Strategy and Plan: Develop and execute a change management strategy aligned with our strategic goals.- Transformation Initiative Support: Collaborate with Initiative Leads to implement change plans for successful transformation adoption.- Resource and Capability Assessment: Assess resources and identify capability gaps, implementing effective strategies.- Change Planning: Create comprehensive change plans with clear steps, milestones, and resource requirements.- Resistance Management: Identify and address sources of resistance to ensure smoother transitions.- Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor progress, collect feedback, and make data-driven adjustments.- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans.- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, foster collaboration, and ensure buy-in.- Change Communication: collaborate with the Communications Manager to define and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
Key Skills and Attributes Required:- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills are crucial for conveying the change vision, purpose, and progress. You should excel in written and verbal communication to effectively engage and inform stakeholders.- Agile Project Management: Proficiency in agile project management is essential to plan and execute change initiatives effectively. This includes setting timelines, defining deliverables, and monitoring progress.- Stakeholder Engagement: The capacity to identify, analyse, and engage with various stakeholders is vital. Building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations are critical aspects of the role.- Measurement and Reporting: Competency in measuring the success of change initiatives and reporting results to stakeholders is essential for demonstrating the value of change efforts.- Track record of successfully leading and implementing change initiatives, preferably in large-scale transformation programs.- Experience collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, finance, and operations, is essential for orchestrating comprehensive change efforts.- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies.- Understanding of organisational behaviour and cultural dynamics.- Experience working in digitally-led transformations would be favourable.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related field would be favourable.
