About the Opportunity
Pioneer Petroleum and Solvents is looking for skilled HC/MC Drivers to join our team based in Naval Base. If you take pride in safe, reliable work and enjoy being part of a supportive and professional team, this role is for you.
You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of bulk fuels, lubricants, and onsite refuelling services across the region, working on a rotating roster.
We welcome drivers from a variety of backgrounds — whether you come from transport, agriculture, logistics, mining, or heavy industry, your experience can drive your success here.

* Taking part in regular safety discussions and toolbox talks.
* Completing pre-start checks and vehicle inspections.

* Sharing your ideas and experience to help us improve safety, systems, and efficiency.
* As a Pioneer driver, you're more than just behind the wheel — you're a key representative of our business and an important connection between our customers, communities, and our team.
We're Looking for Drivers Who:
* Uphold our values of safety, reliability, and respect
* Hold a minimum HC or MC licence
* Have a minimum of 1 year truck driving experience
* Have strong communication skills — both written and verbal
* Can manage time and priorities effectively
* Take pride in their work and vehicle presentation
* Value teamwork and enjoy being part of a safety-focused culture
* Successful applicants must obtain an Australian Business Number (ABN) before commencing work as a contractor.
* Current DG and/or SLP licence
* Knowledge of petroleum transport regulations (OH&S, Environmental, Dangerous Goods, Transport rules)
