Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team of security analysts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex personal security clearance processes and ensuring the highest level of quality assurance in vetting procedures.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a complex process. You will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective caseload management and execution.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vetting, preferably in government or similar high-security environments. A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance is essential, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting Level 2 as required. Additionally, a Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting) is highly desirable.
