Job Title: Compliance Professional
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our compliance initiatives, ensuring seamless and efficient implementation of regulatory requirements.
About the Role
This key position is responsible for analysing regulatory changes, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also be involved in designing and monitoring effective controls to meet organisational objectives.
* Provide expert advice on regulatory matters to stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
* Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
* Lead assurance activities and targeted reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* BUILD strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality compliance services.

* Analyse regulatory changes and provide strategic guidance to ensure compliance.
* Support HBF in meeting privacy and regulatory obligations.
* Manage and enhance eGRC Compliance module.
* Lead updates to our Compliance Framework.
* Perform assurance activities and targeted reviews.
About You
You are an experienced professional with a passion for compliance and regulatory affairs, ideally with an APRA/ASIC background. Your expertise will ensure that sensitive data is protected, evolving regulations are met, and trust is fostered across all business units.
