With the opening of our new Wacol Trade and Fulfilment Centre right around the corner, we are currently on the lookout for great new talent to join the team. This brand-new building will service our Online, Commercial and Kitchen customers, freeing up space in store and helping our team deliver the best service.

About the role:
- Site opening hours are Monday-Friday 5:00am-6:00pm and Weekends 7:00am-3:00pm
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Base adult rate from $28.92
- Full time, Part-time and Casual roles available
Our Trade and Fulfilment Centre plays a vital role in supporting our stores and customers. By accurately packing and delivering our customer online orders in full and on time, we work together to elevate pressure off our stores and exceed customer expectations.

What you'll do:
- Pick and pack orders with precision and care
- Manual handling including the lifting and moving of large, bulky products
- Monitor merchandise and replenishment of products
- Focus on safety and training protocols
- Communicate with the team and leadership and contribute positively to the team culture
Who we're looking for:
Our ideal candidate is a team player who can work autonomously, with a passion for customer service. Ideally, you'll have experience in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, can think on your feet, while fostering a positive team culture. Good communication skills and the ability to work safely are essential.
You'll need:
- Previous experience working in a similar role, with a focus on picking orders and/or cycle counting, product sequencing
- Any experience in the trade or building industry would be an added bonus
- Good time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Genuine passion for customer service
- Consistent focus on safety & training standards
