Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a team to deliver high-quality garden and lawn maintenance services
* Plan and allocate daily tasks to ensure efficient completion of work across sites
* Carry out general maintenance duties including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and fertilising
* Maintain lawns, gardens, hedges, and landscape areas to a high presentation standard
* Operate and maintain gardening equipment and machinery safely and effectively
* Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and support to team members
* Monitor site conditions and identify plant pests, diseases, and maintenance issues
* Ensure all work is completed in line with safety standards and company procedures

About You
* You have experience in garden and lawn maintenance, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
* You are confident leading teams and motivating others
* You are comfortable working outdoors and undertaking physical work
* You hold a valid driver's licence
* You are reliable, organised, and able to manage time and priorities effectively
* You hold a qualification in Horticulture or bring extensive relevant industry experience (both highly regarded)
