Administration Officer Part Time
This role will play a key part in the administration of apprentice employment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional attitude and a solutions focussed mindset. They should also have high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in MS Office suite and database management.
Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Apprentice Employment team, managing apprentice records, contracts and relevant documentation, liaising with host employers, training organisations and members of the public, co-ordinating the onboarding and induction of new apprentices, and supporting the team with general administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and professional attitude and solutions focussed mindset
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and database management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of a people management system highly regarded
- Minimum 2 years working in an administrative role (working within apprenticeships, training or education would be highly regarded)
