Our friendly and team-oriented team in St Helens is looking for an Accounts Assistant for an immediate start!

Your role, your contribution!
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Prepare Financial Reports
- Generate periodic reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow summaries
- Compliance and Record‐Keeping – ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Payroll Processing
- Client Interaction and Support – communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, and account queries
- Provide clear explanations of financial information and resolve issues promptly

What you bring to the role
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and time‐management skills
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., MYOB, Xero – desirable)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Solid communication skills
