**About the role**:
As the Allied Health Clinical Education Lead, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of the Allied Health Clinical Education programme. Including the development and implementation of an Allied Health Clinical Education strategic plan.
Further developing the Grampians Health Allied Health Framework for Ongoing Learning, building capability across the Allied Health workforce to deliver best practice education programmes and resources.
**In this role you will**:
Lead and facilitate the provision of best practice teaching and facilitation of learning- Develop contemporary curriculum aligned with education theory, pedagogical principles and practices and workforce need
- s Facilitate research & evaluation practices into all Allied Health Education program
- s Lead the Allied Health Clinical Education program and team of discipline specifical clinical educator
- s Build and maintain strong relationships with education institutions, universities, and internal key stakeholders in Allied Health leadership, allied health, medical & nursing education and Organisational Development
**What we are looking for**:
A tertiary qualification in an Allied Health Profession from the Allied Health Professionals Agreement.,- Demonstrated experience in clinical education, teaching/lecturing and/or clinical supervision
